Isle of Man Conferences E-Brochure

The Isle of Man Tourism Conference Bureau promotes the Isle of Man as a Conference Location. They have a successful track record of bringing conferences both large and small to the Island.

The Requirement

The island has a unique offering for Conference Organisers, and the Conference bureau wanted to deliver a multi-media experience to showcase the Isle of Man and its Conference Venues. Specifically they wanted to provide this experience on a branded memory stick or CD-Rom and the web. They wanted to integrate a promotional video, and e-brochure and Panoramic Photography (supplied by Manx Revolution). Importantly they wanted to be able to have full control of content and create distributable copies of the application as they required.

The Solution

Manx Revolution designed a fully dynamic Flash based application that works as a standalone and runs direct from a Memory Stick across Windows , Linux and Apple Mac without the need for any additional plug-ins, the same application can be run on-line as a micro-site without any modification. The content is easily updated through a secure web interface thus ensuring the content is always up to date and accurate. The application allows users to browse the conference venues and apply filters to find venues that match their specific requirements.
